Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or a refund.

If your return is accepted, we will pick up the original arrangement or plant and replace it. If this is not applicable to your situation we will refund the amount of your plant or arrangement but we reserve the right to keep the delivery fee if your item has been delivered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept replacement or refund for fresh fruit bouquets. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve replaced your item.  If replacement wasn't applicable, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of your item less the delivery charge on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
